new preloader for flixel engine #285

Replace the default flixel preloader with a gamefroot themed preloader that shows the name of the game and the name of it's author. It could also load a thumbnail or poster frame.

name and author could be strings that are pumped into the flash via html embed codes, so no server hits for this data would be required.
