how does the preprocess determines if the run is finished or not? #8

I added a sequencing_summary file from a gridion run done in march..so it should be finished ;) in boardion it is marked as "In progress" maybe it was aborted?

Boardion check the presence of the final_summary.txt to mark a run as completed.

It's the preprocess part that does this verification.
