Create public mx project #1

Anyone more familiar with GitHub Projects than I? What are they good for? What are the best practices? Can someone save me time by already knowing/doing the research, creating a scaffold or wireframe project and doing a walkthrough?

I created a simple project for us to start with: https://github.com/orgs/institute-for-the-prevention-of-design/projects/1 It's just a task board for storing things that need to get done in order to get Mx into a release candidate for public use.
