InstructLab brand assets sharing #177

We currently do not have a place to share logo artwork or other brand assets for the InstructLab project. We will probably want to make that easier for folks in the future, e.g. if they want to put something in a slide deck.

Part of adding brand assets either to GitHub or to a project website (forthcoming one day real soon now) would be to develop brand guidelines for the project.
