Have weekly community meeting set up #98

As ridiculous as it is to say this, we are blocked currently on having a shared calendar resource. Related issue #89

However, that doesn't mean we shouldn't figure out when this meeting will take place. We can take care of the shared calendar part later.

I will work with @cybette and @caradelia next week to figure out some times we can propose to the project maintainers so we can choose a time that works best for most in the lead up to Red Hat Summit.

Time chosen for weekly all community meetings is at 14:00 UTC. Here is a handy time zone conversion link for folks!

Still needs to be set up on google calendar (sigh, real soon now) and documented in community repo, but we have selected a time.
