Add a JSON viewer to output files

• Moved template files to a new go file
• Moved output files to a method to prune down processJob.
• Only upload files as part of the current job to s3 instead of all files (previous jobs) to reduce duplicative pushes to s3.
• Created a new template to for JSON viewing using https://github.com/josdejong/jsoneditor for issue #208

Example output of a job with the viewer. All files that used to write to the index file still do, this just adds a new file/link with a JSON viewer. Here is an example, use the dropdown to change viewing modes (e.g. text, tree, code, etc)
