details goes to non-useful page

if you click the details when it's still running it goes to https://github.com/instruct-lab/community/blob/main/MAINTAINERS.md that seems weird, maybe we should put a status page or pending page?

It seems the "readiness status" does the same thing too. We should have it go to something more useful (or status-y page)

@jjasghar We replaced github Status (currently what you see), with github Checks, that will resolve this issue and will present details in a much better way.

We will roll that out, once the permission issue is resolved.
