Time to beef up CI for keeping bot's feature sanity #242

As we work toward stablizing the bot stack, I think we need to start beefing up the CI to make sure we keep the feature sanity and avoid regressions. Asking folks to update the PR's because we broke something in the backend won't be pretty.

e2e would be awesome here. I'm thinking the compose stack for now in GH actions until we migrate to KIND
