The workaround was deleting and recloning the tax repo on the worker in /home/fedora/instruct-lab-bot. The long term solution is exploring alternative libs in 162. Just want to log it here for future ref.
Also the remote name needed updating even though it should redirect, was good for hygiene.
Ran into a PR captured in this issue https://github.com/instructlab/instructlab-bot/issues/162 This was the first PR that did not resolve on subsequent jobs.
