Added constants and a helper to keep track of redis keys.
Added back job duration reporting in gobot for server side load tracking.
Log queue time to start tracking worker load.
Example log: Job result for nerdalert/taxonomy#6, job ID: 2, job duration: 265, queue time: 4 URL: https://github.com/nerdalert/taxonomy/pull/6
