Adds the ability to chat realtime with the ilab endpoint via the apiserver hitting the full model backend.
Encapsulate apiserver with a struct
dark/light mode toggle
Additional containerfiles file for apiserver with GPU/ilab support and without GPU support since the ilab command is needed on the apiserver for chat calls.
