Update the worker node to user new precheck endpoint with a give apikey

• Update the endpoint url for precheck. New endpoint uses api-key for authentication.
• Update precheck code to adopt the new knowledge schema changes
• Update ansible/install script and worker code to adapt the new ilab changes.
