Create user friendly way to add knowledge and skill files as a contribution from end user

Describe the bug/problem

• From an engineering perspective, it's too much information if someone wants to add a skill or knowledge file. The documentation is very good but geared toward an engineering style. Suggestions make it user-friendly
• The documentation to create skill or knowledge files is lengthy and takes a lot of time to read and understand
• Suggestion would be to create an online file/folder generator with UI
• It would make life easier for the end user to contribute rather than typing each Q&A in a file format, which requires some understanding of writing Yaml

@fctoibm This is exactly what we were thinking about. We have created a project (https://github.com/instructlab/ui) with the aim of building a UI that provides simpler interface to make contribution without worrying about yaml, linting, pr structure etc. If you are interested in contributing to this effort, please checkout the UI project. We would love you have contributions to the project.
