Submission box in wrong place on mobile #1461

Summary:

The submission box (that includes the student's grade) on an assignment page is at the bottom of the page on android mobile devices instead of the side (like it is on the desktop version). This means that the assignment "points" are at the top of the page and the actual grade is at the bottom, this can cause confusion.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Receive an "Assignment Unmuted" email
  2. Open email on mobile device
  3. Click "You can view it here" at bottom of email

Expected behavior:

Assignment submission box should be on the upper right hand side of the page on android mobile devices.

Actual behavior:

Assignment submission box is in at the bottom center of the page on android mobile devices.
