2 years ago I was able to get Canvas-LMS running on Ubuntu 20.04.4 using the wiki steps.
Here is an excerpt from my history:

Summary:
Having trouble getting through the steps of the Production install. When
sudo yarn installis run, there are a bunch of warnings about unmet or incorrect peer dependencies, followed by a pile of errors about no build:canvas script, skipping missing, and then ultimately only 5 packages built and 200+ not built (missing script build:canvas).I'm running through this on Ubuntu 20.04. I've tried various branches (2021-12-15, 2022-05-25, prod, etc.) and various combinations and permutations of the versions of Yarn 1.19, 1.22, NodeJS 14, 16, 18, Bundle and so on, with the versions listed in the docs and the latest versions and various other combinations when they indicated as much.
So my question is - is there a combination of branch + Yarn + Node + Bundle that currently works? Or is something else broken that I need to fix that isn't listed in the production steps?
(As a side question, is there a nightly build/test that actually tests that the production instructions lead to a successful install?)
