LTI 1.3 App does not launch properly (stalled / infinite spinner)

Summary:

I'm developing an LTI 1.3 app and is deployed in the cloud. But when I try to add a content on Assignment using RCE, the app just loads indefinitely. Network tab says the page request is stalled.

Expected behavior:

LTI 1.3 app loads the page correctly.

Actual behavior:

Launch of LTI 1.3 app does not load and has a never ending spinner.

Additional notes:

• The same app works with another LMS
• It launches without any errors when using/redirecting to localhost during development (but not cloud environment)
• Copying the URL (including query parameters) and pasting in another browser tab works as expected
