Wrong day of the week in calendar for Norsk Nynorsk #2366

Summary:

Wrong locale for Norsk Nynorsk language causing calendar to set Sunday as first day of week instead of Monday.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Change display language to Norsk Nynorsk
  2. Go to the calendar and see that Sunday is set as the first day of the week

Expected behavior:

Monday should be the first day of the week in the calendar

Actual behavior:

Sunday is the first day of the week in calendar.
