Error run Canvas after install Redis-Server #2370

Summary:

I am trying to install Redis-Server following the instructions as here. Everything's fine. But after installing it, I couldn't run Canvas anymore. I tried checking the log but it doesn't seem to show any errors. Can someone explain the reason to me?
