Remove course title hyphen when no instructor enrolled #26

When a course is created and no specific instructor is enrolled the course title has an ugly hyphen and blank after the course title.

Behold the hideousness!Introduction to Psychology -

We'll have to dig around at where the course title is set, but it should be modifiable. Hopefully it's not too big a pain to do it since it's a small win.
