Nokogiri now uses this internally here: https://github.com/sparklemotion/nokogiri/commit/720d6f49ce2630f2e8b2b0a7aeda4fd8d8176734

Fixes #12

(I am not sure how to get Noko_Node_Get_Struct to be available here!)
