This adds a "repository" field to cargo manifest, making it easier for casual readers to find the repository directly from crates.io page.

Thanks very much for this PR. I'll contact my contact at Instructure to see if we can get this merged soon (since I left Inst, and we're still working through long term ownership of the repo on our side :) ).
