First verify this is still an issue after upgrading the theme to 18.2 (#15)

From Shakeeb: To prevent scrolling of the parent page on iOS, add this CSS:

.apex-no-scroll {position: fixed;}

One side effect: it will not maintain the scroll position, so your page will be scrolled to the top 😑
