Add to Firefox #18

Wow, this looks like a phenomenal productivity boost. But I use Firefox (58) and given the recent XPI to WebExtensions overhaul, I was hoping the talented Insum team could port this extension over to Firefox and publish it on AMO. I am happy to test it and report issues.
