fix list_aggregates to work for public FI file records #105

Fixes #103

The failure is that the session with id self.EID_EPHYS does not seem to exist on the test database. I am not sure what could cause this, these tests passed a few hours ago. It now fails on my local machine too.

The test I added passes (and would fail on the main branch) so once the above has been solved this could be merged
