add an option to create sessions specifying the lab #92

For the rig we need to be able to specify the lab when calling the create_session method of the RegistrationClient

Can I merge this into the v2.0.0 branch or do you want it to be a hotfix? I can probably release ONE 2.0.0 today however it drops support for pandas < 1.5, is that compatible with iblrig v7?
