Support periods in ALF spec #93

Cortexlab has subjects with periods (.) in the name, however this isn't supported in ALF but could be.

[ ] add dot to one.alf.spec in subject, collection and revision regex patterns
[ ] update ONE ALF tests
[ ] restore ALF validation in Alyx after checking that it works in the cortexlab instance
