Spike Sorting Error #287

Hi there, I got some spike sorting error on a recording, it's related to time stamps of the AP data, could you have a look and let me know if there is anything I can do hardware-wise? I checked ttl pulses before recording and there is no issue with the LFP timestamps, so I wonder what these are.

anaconda had been uninstalled for some reason.

Have reinstalled anaconda and reinstalled the pyks2 environment following these instructions https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CXjfEEtKkKw19xOnCjrqarLqdpyH4w4EmW-FzGFW8JM/edit#

I might have uninstalled anaconda while trying to fix the terminal in the local server. I cannot call up the terminal there. so I searched online, some forum suggested I rolled back to a previous version, which is what I did, coz it might be the latest installation that causes the terminal inoperable... but after rolling back the terminal is still not working...
