Repair 2000 New Model to grab Most Recent AdId #35

The model of PID 2000 - New Ad Spend Model is receiving duplicate AdIds due to left joining the duplicate FB Ad Names against Leads table, therefore causing lead_id to duplicate itself.

Right now, the error is patched by having Power Query forcibly deduplicate lead_id, not correcting the root cause but at least allowing to be able to refresh the dataset.

@nmusco , I need some advice on what could be the best criteria to internally deduplicate the Ad Ids that have same Ad Names from 2000's FB data.
