Clients: Unuse ACCOUNTS table by Left joining into CONTRACTS for Account Name fields, as in ROSEN Dataset #479

Pushed change to Cases entity of Clients dataflow, including Account Name.

Also adjusted some datasets including Rosen's to handle the new query.
