Started with grabbing all the fields from CRM for Cases table.

Laid out a draft on AWKO report (AWKO - Zantac Layout Only).

No fields could be grabbed because the CRM modules are not out yet.

W/o Zantac module and HK review. Circle back to this 9/11/20.

@CesarITD published our proposal.

The report is now unhidden as per Amanda's request. Monitoring. Close after 10/5 if no revisions are requested.
