Idea: Refloat Ad Spend by Provider report with more internal enhancements #625

Needed because we don't now at a glance what PID has by tort/account etc, spend, leads, configurations, ad statuses, lander status, It's hard to monitor PIDs from a high level.

Daily data on Ad Spend by Provider / Account

Monitoring activity of Ads: On/Off Spending / Not Spending Spend/ Leads generated No Spend/ Still leads Active/Inactive accounts and campaigns Landing pages being used Configuration at a glance At a glance with quick refresh from Sync

Perhaps separate from 2.0
