Changes in BI because new Document Sign App (AssureSign)

Eduardo gave us an explanation of the changes programmed in the CRM for the new application:

• Name: AssureSign.

• The new application will be living with DocuSign for a while.

• New Tables: DocumentEvents, EnvelopeEvents

• Some statuses were added to the document (document.status). • This the sequence for AssureSign: Not Started Sending Sent Viewed T&C Accepted Under Review Complete

• Perhaps, we'll be asked reporting on Envelope details. REMEMBER: 1 Envelope contains * Documents

• The way to difference Sttus from the Apps is with the field id_document_events.source or id_document.source

A Client report was reviewed to see what is impacted by these changes: 1.
