PIDs: Replace Ads Landers model with a simple Landing Page dimension #648

It is an interesting approach that simplifies the model for Ads and landers by just adding Landing Page attributes to both Leads and Insights and connecting those to a LandingPages dimension.

Currently under monitoring. There is no action to take at the moment

To not be continued. This has been addressed by new PID reporting as a Star schema, and taking the example from PID Drillthrough report.
