LEADCONDUIT Changelogs: Generate metadata in Azure Table Storage #662

Accomplished with Azure Storage QUEUE and Azure Storage TABLE.

The original Logic App leadconduit-changelogs that pulls the changelogs will also post a message to Queue storage: image
