Power BI report Duplicate Leads and Cases: pending improvements

To improve the analysis of Duplicates / Lists / Suppression, here's a list of ideas and changes to implement motivated by Howard's latest requirements:

Duplicate Leads and Cases report:

• Suppression Lists in CRM Dups
• New DAX column: Last Duplicate Entry Date (to capture by Email || Phone), same for All the Duplicate entries of a single Email/Phone.
• New OR filters to capture Duplicate Packages (MODE: At least 1 match; use Parameter tables for this): PID
• Status (at least 1 conversion etc.)

For Data Sweep:

• Display Duplicates in same report? This might negatively impact the navigation of this report for other purposes.

As a subtask of the duplicate requirement, the Duplicate Percentage Card is being placed in all the Provider reports, for now we have: 2000 Done 3000 Done 6000 and 8000 Done
