Old: Data privacy protection #7

I had to take this online training about data privacy protection in the company. However, it made me really that the same rules and principles probably apply to all kind of data sharing with other entities. And as such I'm opening this issue to discuss the following principles with request to information that you may want to expose for network collaboration:

Lawfulness and fairness Transparency Data minimisation Purpose limitation Accuracy (make sure data is up to date) Storage limitation (must be deleted) Integrity and confidentiality Data protection by design (consider privacy and data protection at design time) Data protection by default (use strictest setting by default) Geographical restriction Accountability

We cover much of this (e.g, integrity protection, data minimisation, etc) but not all (e.g., storage limitation, being explicit about who stores and what and under what conditions we give data away).

Perhaps we could add an item under the further work list.
