Intave is wrongfully when a player try to mount a minecart. #208

What is the problem? When a player try to mount a running-minecart, he will be dismount right away, and push-back. get false-positive and setback.

What's the context the issue occurs in? Purpur 1.19.2 #1826 Intave 14.5.2 Plugins (7): CMI, CMILib, Intave, LuckPerms, Multiverse-Core, PlaceholderAPI, ProtocolLib

How can we reproduce it? Right-click a running minecart, and you dismount immediately and push-back. 100% to reproduce image

Do you have it recorded? no, but it's very easy to trigger.
