Intave false alerts regarding animals/horses #297

What is the problem? When getting on and off a horse, you react to incorrect movement behavior.

What's the context the issue occurs in? Environment: 1.16.5@754,CraftBukkit@git-Spigot-79a30d7-f4830a1 (MC: 1.12.2),5.1.0,14.6.9

How can we reproduce it? Easy to reproduce

How critical is this bug for your server?

For now the False Positive is not really critical, but I still think it should be fixed in the near future but right now it has time.
