on client versions < 1.18.2 this could be an unfixable minecraft bug (client sending too inaccurate position information)

I don't think such a mod exists. If the reason is what I think it is, the inaccuracy will just last up to 1 second, or in this case is solved if you move like 0.03 blocks forward or so. As I see in the video the breaking worked the 2nd time.

Next Intave update will include an experimental fix for this bug, releasing in about a week. Reopen if not fixed until then, or mention this issue in the new issue
