Add an EchoProto Template for Gibson Assembly

Request for an EchoProto Template which can be used to set up Gibson assembly reactions. The template should:

• Work with various gibson assembly protocols (e.g. NEB gibson, NEB HiFi...)
• Have options for different part:backbone ratios
• Have options for different final reaction volumes
• Allow for any number of fragments
