Khởi động cùng W7nhưng lại ko vượt qua đc UAC của Win #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tại sao khi mà mình dùng W7, cho DotNetKey khởi động cùng Win, 
mà khi
Win khởi động rồi thì DotNetKey cũng khởi động đc, nhưng lại 
ko thể dùng để
đánh Tiếng Việt đc, phải tắt DotNetKey đi và bật DotNetKey lại 
nhưng là
"Run as Admin..." -> làm thế nào để DotNetKey luôn chạy chế độ 
dưới quyền
Admin ngay cả khi khởi động?
