Empty Element Name Causes Editor Freeze #815

When an Element Name action block is empty, it causes the Editor to freeze.

Repro:

  1. Add an Element Name action block.
  2. Delete the text in the element name field, leaving it empty.
  3. Switch to a different element.
  4. Attempt to select the element with the empty name.
