Knot currently does not support sending or receiving MIDI messages using Running Status #15

What is running status: http://midi.teragonaudio.com/tech/midispec/run.htm

Currently if a message, utilizing running status (status byte if left off if subsequent message would use the same status byte) is received on the MIDI IN or MIDI OUT ports, the message gets ignored by Knot.
