I can connect to upload the firmware, but how? #4

The page at https://intech.studio/shop/knot describes how to connect with the Knot to upgrade the firmware, but doesn't say what to do next!

I can see that there is a CURRENT.UF2 file in the Knot, while the latest release at https://github.com/intechstudio/knot/releases includes a knot_release_2023-02-08-1025.uf2 file. Shall I overwrite the old one? Shall I just upload the new one without renaming? I don't want to risk bricking it.

In the Knot I also see an INFO_UF2.TXT file saying:

TinyUF2 Bootloader ca0cacd - tinyusb (0.12.0-203-ga4cfd1c69)

Date: Sep  7 2022

... so it looks like a firmware update is due!
