🚩PR: ProfileCloud Save and Profile display feature is improved

IMPORTANT: Check the design proposal in the original tickets!

Reworked design and experience of creating new profile/preset in ProfileCloud and the display of profiles/presets. These changes should ONLY affect EDITOR ProfileCloud. Web based ProfileCloud should be displayed as expected previously.

Profile/Preset Save:

• Profiles can be added now with the + button next to the filter sections search field
• Filter section can not be closed now
• The new profile/preset creation is based on the 2 step procedure discussed in the design proposal
• The names and info texts are rendered based on the selected module and control element during the save procedure

Profile/Preset display:

• Profiles/Presets are displayed in a list like column. Only the type of the Preset/Profile and the name of it is displayed in this list.
• The selected Profile/Preset has a green border
• The selected Profile/Preset is displayed below the list
• If no Profile/Preset is selected, then this information is dispalyed instead of the Profile/Preset
• All operations should work as before
• Login feature may be broken due to another issue present in ProfileClouds code.

• [x] The UI itself is easily broken if I expand the description box size.
• [x] Add an option to expand the viewer upwards to allow for a bigger textbox
• [ ] When a Profile is selected, Editor still allows you to create a Control Element Preset based on your selection, but at that time, you are unable to see a selection. My proposal would be to turn off the Load Profile/Preset overlay when the "+" icon is clicked.
• [x] When the panel is resized, filter options and other parts of the UI get moved into weird, possibly unintended locations

Aside from the above issues, all functions work as intended. UI in this test was tested as a placeholder for visual purposes. From a visual and UI standpoint there are quite a lot of things that need polish, mostly moving UI parts between states when clicking the "+" icon and then clicking "Cancel" and other placement as visual clarity stuff.
