A secret name has been updated, it must be reflected in the MSB fuse logic.

Verification:

On master, ensure that running walkthrough 1a fails from the solution explorer
- The provision should fail
Replace the MSB image with docker.io/aidenkeatingrht/managed-service-broker:fuse-secret-fix
Ensure 1a now provisions correctly
