Provision nodejs & spring boot from Openshift templates in the walkthrough.json

For verification:

You can update the tutorial web app operator image to point to quay.io/dimitra/tutorial-web-app-operator:0.0.28. This will cause a rollout of the tutorial web app deployment which contains these changes. The node.js and spring boot templates should be created in the walkthrough namespace and you should be able to successfully complete walkthrough 1A

btw: mentioned operatpr (quay.io/dimitra/tutorial-web-app-operator:0.0.28) didn't deploy correct version, but I just worked around that...
