Motivation

Needed to run locally as it's quicker than building an image each time

What

Update docs to include full list of parameters required to run against openshift 4 cluster

Why

Current instructions don't include all parameters required.

How

Updated readme docs

Verification Steps

Ran updated command against osd4 cluster
