Doesn't work on MPBr 2013 while on battery and connected to an external Monitor via HDMI #6

Even when it's plugged it goes to sleep.

Seconding this. Earlier versions worked just fine for me even on Yosemite.

I also have a MBpro late 2013 15inch, and after some time it still goes to sleep. It does not go to sleep right away, I actually can't tell how long before it goes to sleep. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help debug this issue.

Did you try unselecting "Put Hard Disk To Sleep" and see if that debugs problem. see attatchment screen shot

The settings are slightly different in Yosemite. I don't see a slider for "Computer Sleep". However, I did just check the "prevent computer from sleeping automatically when display is off" setting.
