HELP text is not there for some tabs. #116

Listing some of missing 'HELP text' tabs:

  1. replace a gridcell (under Gridcells side tab)
  2. remove gridcell (under Gridcell side tab)
  3. view ISCSI targets (under shares and targets)
  4. view services (under services tab)
  5. schedule ZFS pool scrub(under admin tab)
  6. view schedule jobs (under admin tab)
